server

Greets and welcomes guests. Describes menu and daily specials, takes orders, serves food, and provides excellent customer service. Responsible for ensuring a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Processes guest orders to ensure all items are prepared properly and timely. Responsible for up selling food and beverages to support increased sales and excellent service.

host/hostess/greeter

Welcome guests in an inviting and friendly manner. Determines their dining needs. Seats guests and manages the seating chart. Monitor’s restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, and efficient manner.

food runner

Picks up food product for orders placed by the service staff and delivers the meal to our guests. Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize our guests dining experience.

Cinema In-seat dining server

Greets and Welcomes guest. Works at our Cinema side delivering food and beverages to our guest ensuring an exceptional customer service and creating the ultimate guest experience. Take orders, selling menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available in the assigned outlet.

line cook

Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing menu items. Cooks’ food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies, while maintaining proper food storage and sanitation standards.

bartender

Responsible for setup, maintenance, and operation of a full-service bar. Takes drink orders from clients and servers and prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes. Mixes ingredients for cocktails and serves wine and bottled or draft beer and other beverages.

busser

Clears, cleans, and resets tables after customers leave. Removes dirty dishes between courses. Serves water and complements to guests and refills glasses as needed.

Turner

Clean and maintain the exterior and interior areas of the theatre including auditoriums, restrooms, lobbies, concession areas, and box office areas.

concessions

Prepare and serve various snack items to movie theater customers. Greet guests, assemble food orders, operate point-of-sale terminals, and make accurate change, often under very busy and stressful conditions.
