Senior Financial Analyst (#GP-0704)

Job Description:
Analyze the Luxury movie theater industry's business and environmental conditions. Determine how new content and economic trends may affect the industry and provide financial analyses. Evaluate current and historical data to determine the best strategic programming film content in order to maximize box office performance and the flow traffic distribution to improve clients’ satisfaction and increase sales. Use financial algorithms and computer models to advise on Film Content Revenue forecasting. Program movie content according to financial forecasts. Predict operation expenses and inventory ordering; provide information to help define structuring and pricing for Box Office and Food & Beverage; and generate key performance indicators to help others to decide promptly. Develop methodologies to measure Service Level Agreements and implement the plans to improve the clients' satisfaction levels. Maintain regular meetings and coach others on using and interpreting the financial analytical models developed and provide incoming Nightly Gross Reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis. Responsible for analyzing Box Office special projects. Identify and translate market assessments into business cases and action plans.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
7 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation in the Luxury Movie Theater Industry.
Work experience to include: (1) 2 years of experience in Analysis Data and using Key Indicators Performance (KIP) to provide financial analysis and forecasts. (2) 2 years of experience managing Film content, forecasting, and economic trends, market, season, environment, and their effect on the industry. (3) 2 years of experience creating computer models and tools to maximize the box office content and structure pricing in Box Office. (4) 2 years of experience using Vista System and Excel to create reports. (5) 2 years of experience creating and interpreting financial reports.
Must be available to work New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, and every Saturday (9:00 am to 12:00 pm).
Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
Position requires 25% domestic travel and 10% international travel; expenses paid by employer.
Salary: $139,568 to $160,000 per year.
